General Purpose Oxime/Neutral Cure Single Component Paste RTV Sealant
Shin-Etsu's KE-45 is a single component, room-temperature cure, thixotropic adhesive that will cure into a tough, durable elastomer. KE-45 is a low-odor, neutral cure, non-corrosive product that exhibits excellent, unprimed adhesion to metals, plastics, glass, and ceramics.

- This oxime/neutral silicone will not corrode copper, however, it will discolor it and therefore it is not an electronic-grade silicone
- While other silicones may have a terrible vinegar smell, this one does not
