CleanPro® Cleanroom Windows
Cleanroom production, testing, and handling requires a tight parlay of people and resources. Windows or viewing panels reveal cleanroom operation status, current capacity, enhance supervision, and ensure collision-free entry and exit.
Cleanroom windows are made out of glass with their own dedicated frame or pane, while cleanroom viewing panels are housed in an aluminum extrusion with an insert of clear material.
Architectural Windows
Flush and beveled window frames promote air flow, minimize particle retention, and provide easy cleaning. Special treatments are available for applications that require UV light filtration or ESD properties. A choice of polycarbonate, acrylic, flexible PVC, Lexan™, ensure unlimited customization for industrial applications. Drop-in panel assembly allows minimally invasive disassembly and installation of a single panel without deconstruction.
Beveled Window
Designed specifically for cleanroom applications, the absence of a ledge on this window makes it easier to clean while the design eliminates corners that often collect dust, particles, and other micro organisms. It is a cost effective alternative to double flush window systems that often require two separate pieces of glass and this design helps with achieving FDA compliance.
Flush Window
Windows are mounted into the wall system to provide a completely flush surface. To minimize any air flow disruption, windows can also be integrated into return air walls. Insulated glass units or double flush glazing can be easily incorporated into most designs.
Double Flush Window
Designed for interior wall applications that require flush surfaces on both sides of the wall, the double flush window system provides and attractive appearance and two completely flush surfaces.
Standard CleanLine Windows
These economical windows measure either 2' or 4' wide by 3' high. 3' x 3' sliding windows are also available. All standard windows feature 1/4" clear tempered safety glass, but we also offer laminated glass for added sound control, insulated glass for better thermal insulation, and break resistant polycarbonate windows.
Insert-Style Viewing Panels
Insert-style viewing panels can serve as a budget-friendly window option to the more costly double glazed safety glass windows. Like insert wall panels, viewing panels are made of lightweight materials, and are easy to assemble without the use of tools, which can simplify the process of altering or remodeling a cleanroom.
Cleanroom viewing panels come in a number of materials, including clear, or tinted materials with options for blocking ultraviolet or other light frequencies. Additional materials that guard against temperature fluctuations, noise, and static damage are also available.
Viewing panels are also popular where full floor-to-ceiling viewing sections are required. Facilities often seek expansive, over-sized windows for a modern design that synchronizes with contemporary architecture. Large cleanroom view panels add sleek aesthetics, natural lighting, and make a space look larger.
