4541 Medical Device Surface Insensitive Instant Adhesive

LOCTITE® 4541 is a gel viscosity (medical device grade) instant adhesive designed for large bond gaps and vertical applications. It provides for the rapid bonding of a wide range of materials such as metals, elastomers, and plastics, including difficult-to-bond (PP, PE, PTFE) plastics with the aid of a primer such as LOCTITE® SF 7701. LOCTITE® 4541 is also suited for bonding acidic and/or porous materials such as wood, paper, leather, and fabric. It is tested to ISO 10993 protocols for use in disposable medical devices.
