Lexan Partitions
Total privacy or complete transparency, Cogan sheet metal and Lexan partitions offer the same trusted protection as our wire mesh enclosures, but with added versatility. Sheet metal and Lexan panels can be arranged in any combination for functional workspace that meets your exact needs. Use sheet metal and Lexan partitions to divide and secure large areas in your plant, warehouse or office building.
Sheet metal panels are made from heavy-duty corrugated steel framed in 1.25" x 0.25" x 12-gauge structural angle. Lexan panels are 3/16" thick and framed in 1.25" x 0.25" x 12-gauge structural angle. The incorporation of Lexan panels is ideal when additional protection or noise reduction is required, but visibility must be maintained. These highly durable, transparent sheets provide added security while still allowing for an open field of vision. Your facility will remain in clear view and your employees kept safe. Incorporate Lexan panels on the top or bottom half of your design. You can also mix and match these combinations to create an entirely custom configuration. Either way, sturdy Lexan panels are built strong to withstand the wear and tear of any industrial environment.
All Cogan sheet metal panels and Lexan structural angle frames are sealed in a gray powder-coated paint finish for maximum wear-resistance. Panels and posts are available in a range of standard sizes. Custom sizes are also available.
Freestanding Posts
This partition system features freestanding posts 7', 8' and 9' high. Standard post spacing is 2' to 8' center-to-center. Custom post spacing is also available. Ideal for creating a secured perimeter in any manufacturing or warehouse facility. Top panels are made of 3/16" thick clear Lexan and the bottom panels are made of heavy-duty 16-gauge corrugated steel framed in 1.25" x 1.25" x 12-gauge structural angle.

Single-Swing Gates
All single swing gates are equipped with a padlock hasp, hinges and door stoppers. Gates can be hinged in for different orientations (opening inwards or ouwards / swing left or right). Additional lock options are also available. Doors are made of 3/16" thick clear Lexan and heavy-duty 16-gauge corrugated steel framed in 1.25" x 1.25" x 12-gauge structural angle.
Double-Swing Gates
All double swing gates are equipped with a padlock hasp, hinges and door stoppers. Gates can be installed in two different orientations (open inwards or outwards). Additional lock options are also available. Doors are made of 3/16" thick clear Lexan and heavy-duty 16-gauge corrugated steel framed in 1.25" x 1.25" x 12-gauge structural angle.
Sliding Gates
Sliding security gates allow you to have a door opening in constricted areas. With a wide selection of dimensions, sliding gates are ideal for heavy or large equipment and storage access. All sliding gates are equipped with a padlock hasp. Additional lock options are also available. Doors are made of 3/16" thick clear Lexan and heavy-duty 16-gauge corrugated steel frame 1.25" x 1.25" x 12-gauge structural angle.
Bi-Parting Sliding Gates
Cogan bi-parting sliding gates are available in a similar range of convenient sizes as our sliding gates. Ideal for use in constricted areas. All bi-parting sliding gates are equipped with a padlock hasp. Additional lock options are also available. Doors are made of 3/16" thick clear Lexan and heavy-duty 16-gauge corrugated steel framed in 1.25" x 1.25" x 12-gauge structural angle.
Tunnel Gates
When a wide opening and full height clearance are required for forklift access, nothing works better than a Cogan tunnel gate. All tunnel gates are equipped with a padlock hasp and heavy-duty 5" soft rolling casters. The top track guide allows for easy slide maneuverability, while the strong bolted steel handle offers a sturdy grip. Doors are made of framed 3/16" thick clear Lexan and heavy-duty 16-gauge corrugated steel framed in 1.25" x 1.25" x 12-gauge structural angle.
Bi-Parting Tunnel Gates
When a wide opening and full height clearance are required for forklift access, nothing works better than a Cogan bi-parting tunnel gate. All bi-parting tunnel gates are equipped with a padlock hasp and heavy-duty 5" soft rolling casters. The top track guide allows for easy slide maneuverability, while the strong bolted steel handles offer a sturdy grip. Doors are made of 3/16" thick clear Lexan and heavy-duty 16-gauge corrugated steel framed in 1 0.5" x 1.25" x 12-gauge structural angle.
