These trays are manufactured using a proprietary process, with reinforced fiberglass thermoset composite materials. They will withstand static loads up to 200 lbs., and temperature ranges of -40° F to 250° F. For use in electronics assembly, automotive, food processing, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology.
Tray materials are unaffected by detergents, mild acids and alkaline solutions in the pH range of 3.0 to 10.0. ESD-safe material meets the requirement of ANSI/ESD S20.20. These trays offer permanent ESD protection without requiring surface treatment.
