ESD-Safe

Maximum ESD protection is provided with green/black dissipative/conductive supported vinyl cart cover. Designed to shield static sensitive devices, components, and sub-assemblies from ESD damage, dust, and dirt during transportation and storage. The green side is static dissipative and the black side is conductive. Covers are washable, durable, flame resistant, mildew / fungal resistant, reusable, and form-fitted to the product.

    • Black Side: 103 - 104 ohms

Material Data

Dura-Tuff® 4798 ESD is a high-performance, flexible, vinyl covered fabric for use as Mattress Ticking, Gurney Mattress Covers, Drapery/Clean Room Curtains, Chair Underlays and other applications requiring a sewn or heat-sealed fabrication.

Electrically, the product features a black conductive front and static-dissipative colored back. The unique multi-layer construction is engineered to able to be stitched, dimensionally stable, flame resistant, fluid proof, non-tacky, color stable, durable, mildew/fungal resistant, antibacterial and dirt/stain resistant.
