Thermal conductive tape is a dual-purpose product that provides excellent heat transfer and reliable mechanical fastening. It is constructed from thermally conductive, pressure-sensitive acrylic and can be used to connect thermal dissipation devices (heatsinks) to components. The specialized chemistry of the tape makes it soft and able to wet many surfaces. This allows the tape to conform well to non-flat substrates, provide high adhesion, and act as a good thermal interface.
