Stationary End Units & Stop Plate Kits

• Stationary End Units: Includes 86" high Posts, and the hardware necessary for connecting stationary End Units to the tracks. One Kit is required per system. Shelves are sold separately, and a minimum of four shelves are required per End Unit (Minimum of 8 shelves total required for End Units).

Stationary Intermediate Unit Kit

• Stationary Intermediate Units include 86" high posts and hardware necessary for connecting one intermediate unit to the tracks. Stationary Intermediate Units are only required on systems with a track length greater than 21'. Shelves are sold separately, and a minimum of four shelves are required per Intermediate Unit.

Mobile Unit Kits

• Mobile Unit Kits include 74" mobile posts, casters, and hardware necessary to assemble the unit. The number of mobile units required will depend on your preference and track length. A 30"-36" aisle width between units is recommended, and should be taken into consideration when choosing track lengths and the number of mobile units. A minimum of four shelves are required for each Mobile Unit.

Notes:

• Under normal conditions, aisle width of 30"-36" is recommended, the storage of large objects may require a wider aisle width
• A Stationary intermediate unit is required when the track length exceeds 21', and optional on lengths under 21'
• To accommodate bumpers, the actual size of a mobile unit is 2.5" wider than the shelf width shown. For example, an 18" wide unit is actually 20.5"
• To calculate the overall length of a Super Erecta Top-Track System, add the following: Nominal Track Length + Nominal widths of each End Unit + 1.5".
• Added rigidity for heavily loaded systems, Super Erecta standard adjustment shelves provide the most rigid wire shelving mobile units; recommended when configuring systems using 60" & 72" long shelves subject to the heaviest loads and frequent movement (multiple times daily).
