MSE Electric Desoldering Module Features

• The Electric Desoldering Module is indispensable for a complete desoldering process.
• Its optimized electronic suction system create a vacuum peak at the startup in order to collect the solder before it cools down.
• It is supplied with easy-to-change filters for extending the pump's life.
• The MSE can be joined to any port of the DDE & DME control units and has the possibility to be controlled by the P-005 Pedal.
• It works with the comfortable DS360 or DR560 desoldering irons and their corresponding tips.

T210 Precision Soldering Iron Features

• The T210 is perfect for accuracy soldering jobs with medium power requirements.
• For its size, it is able to work with conventional or small SMD, even under a microscope.
• Its ergonomic & the short distance tip-to-grip ensure greater accuracy and comfort.
• The cartridges can be easily replaced using the quick cartridge extractor of JBC's stands.
• Works with C210 cartridges.
• Easy grip replacement (Ref. 0018658).

T245 Soldering Iron Features

• The T245 Nitrogen Iron allows creating an inert atmosphere, removing the oxygen, & hence minimizing oxidizing effect during solder joint formation.
• The result is a higher soldering quality with improved wetting and slightly better productivity. It also allows using milder fluxes.
• It comes with two different Nozzles, B7244 and B7968, which transport the nitrogen to the tip & suit for the complete Cartridge Range C245.
• This Soldering Iron requires using the DN-SE Stand, a Nitrogen Flow Regulator & its corresponding Control Unit (MN-A for DI or MNE-A for DDE or DME) and the GN-A Nitrogen Generator if no nitrogen supply available at customers bench.
• This general purpose soldering iron handle is perfect for both SMD components and jobs with high power requirements (e.g. ground plane soldering).

AM120 Adjustable Micro Tweezers Features

• It provides a perfect solution for fast and precise SMD rework of chip components and small/medium SOP from PCB assemblies.
• Perfect cartridge alignment: The adjusting system guarantees that the cartridges are equally aligned, with vertical and rotatory symmetry.

• The Micro Tweezers AM120 work with C120 cartridges whose exceptional thinness allows reworking components on heavy populated PCBAs without disturbing nearby components.

PA120 Micro Tweezers Features

• The JBC microtweezers are designed for soldering and desoldering SMD components easily, reducing handling time.
• PA works with two cartridges managed individually by the control unit to ensure the maximum accuracy and a quick temperature recovery. Each cartridge can deliver up to 40W.
• The ergonomics and the short distance tip-to-grip also ensure greater accuracy and comfort when working.
• PA enables you to align the cartridges in order to adapt them to the component according to your needs.
• Works with the C120 range of cartridges.

DR560 Desoldering Iron Features

• DR is an iron for desoldering jobs of through-hole components & removing excess solder after SMD rework. It is capable of providing up to 160W.
• The exclusive JBC heating system and the suction power from MSE or MVE pumps ensure the optimum quality.
• When the solder container is made of glass you can see when it needs cleaning & the filters need replacing.
• DR uses C560 cartridges with internal diameters of 0.6 - 3mm. Some tips are specially designed for cleaning traces of tin from PADs.
• The desoldering iron comes with the C560003 tip.
• Also supplied with C560013, C560004, C560005 and accessories.
