This control unit operates with four tools simultaneously for soldering or desoldering tools and is fully compatible with 10 different JBC Tools delivering up to 160 W per tool.

It works with JBC Exclusive Heating System and Sleep & Hibernation Modes.
Additionally, it integrates all the Excellence Range benefits such as station customization, full control of soldering processes and remote work management.
The control unit features JBC Dynamic Soldering Profile functionality, designed to avoid thermal shock when soldering ceramic chip components like MLCC.
The easy-to-use menu is configurable in 10 different languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese.
Additionally, DMU provides you with extra applications that support your work: USB microscope, file storage, unit converter, etc. It also enables users to play a video files from a USB device as long as it is in AVI format and in 320x240px.
The DME-1A use MSE-A (Self Contained) or MVE-A (Shop Air Required) Desolder Module.
The DME-1A uses MNE-A Nitrogen Flow Regulator.
For a basic working system, you need at least 1 stand, 1 tool and 1 cartridge.

Dynamic Soldering Profiles: Designed to avoid thermal shock when soldering Ceramic Chip components like MLCC, this new and unique feature allows controlling the heating ramp up rate of the tool to gradually increase the temperature of the component through all the phases of the soldering process. Up to 25 fully configurable soldering profiles can be stored.

Temperature Levels: Instant selection of up to 3 editable temperature settings for solder joints with different heat requirement.
Soldering Graphics: Real time visualization of tip temperature and power delivered to the solder joint during soldering process.
PIN Protection: Keep station parameters protected against unauthorized access.
