Static safe vinyl envelopes with adhesive backing are made of clear matte static dissipative vinyl (6.5 mil) with adhesive back that adheres permanently to any clean flat surface. Vinyl is clear for easy visibility of contents. Available top opening (long side) or side opening (short side), imprinting.

Product Specifications
SP1-39DT is a cold temperature permanent acrylic emulsion, pressure sensitive adhesive that has been formulated for cold temperature and low-energy surface applications.
- Caliper: *1 mil adhesive thickness
- Substrate: 2 mil Polyester Film
- Peel Adhesion: 180° peel values for SP1-39DT cold temperature permanent acrylic emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive
- Dwell Time
- Initial: 3.85 lbs/inch
- 22 hours: 4.15 lbs/inch
- Ultimate: 5.00 lbs/inch

- Shear: Shear (hold) to 20 hours at 70°F (21°C) No failure
- Solvent Stability: Properties are dependent upon the solvent stability of the film being used with the adhesive SP1-39DT coated onto a polyester film exhibits the following results:
- Excellent water and humidity resistance
- Excellent adhesion to LSE
- Operating Temperature Range: -20°F (28°C) to 220°F (104°C)
